Kind I understand your latest message correctly, you are requiring us to reinstall Windows and prove to you that we still have this microphone driver problem BEFORE you will discuss this internally. How much more time do you want to steal from us? Please finally get to the bottom of this problem with your engineers. Neither your print screens are showing our devices, nor clear instructions. I can't imagine your recommendations coming from the engineers. What does the technical department mean exactly. I went through two setups as described above.
